1. Return

a. No returned products will be accepted without an authorized RA number. Any return request not authorized by the customer service team will not be honored.

b. Only manufactured defect merchandise can be returned within 2 days after receipt of goods. Customers have to report missing items from the order within 2 days. All returns must be in original outer box and package.

c. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. Return packages should be authorized.

Shipment

We sincerely thank you for choosing to join our platform. We are committed to providing diverse shipping options to meet various needs. Customers can either choose to ship on their own or delegate the shipping to their carriers.


We have our own trucks, allowing us to provide efficient shipping services directly to our customers. Shipping costs will be reasonably calculated based on the actual distance, weight, and dimensions of the goods.


We also collaborate with third-party shipping companies. As the shipping costs are directly charged by these third-party companies and borne by the customer, we recommend contacting our sales representative to negotiate the shipping fees.


Of course, you also have the right to choose your own carrier for shipping. We will fully cooperate to ensure the smooth transportation of your goods.


The platform provides on-site pickup services. To ensure our warehouse has sufficient time to prepare the order, the pickup time needs to be negotiated and arranged in advance with the customer's sales representative.

Payment

All payment should be made before shipping, upon receipt payment we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Terms are prepaid unless open terms have been approved prior by our credit department.

We accept check wire, credit card and other payment methods. (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express are all accepted forms of payment)

If customer pay credit card, they should fill out the form we offer to authorize payment collection, and credit card company will charge 3% commission.

PFA Wholesale is not responsible for any overage charges levied by the issuing credit card provider. If the card is declined at time of purchase, customer will be notified immediately.

If customer pay check wire our sales representative will be in a position to offer you the detailed bank account information.

We are assured all payments are secure and confidential, we never ever disclose customers' information to any third party.

TAX: Sales tax will be collected on all orders without a valid resale number.
